What happen? Why did It happen? May 30 1921 an incident happened. A black man name Dick Rowland stepped into a elevator in the Drexel building operated by a women name Sarah page. People heard screaming but why? Dick Rowland got arrested for sexual attack. Some people say that Rowland stepped on her foot throwing her off balance when he reached out to keep her from falling she screamed. The Drexel building

Where and when did it take place? It took place in Drexel building in the elevator. The riot began on may 31 1921 because of an incident that happen on may 30 1921. The riot Ended Monday November 22 1999 at 1:00 pm in the Frances Campbell city.

How did this happen? Who was in it? The riot all happened because Sarah page went to the cops and told them that she got sexual attacked so then the next day he was arrested. One of there close friend said they were secretly dating. It confuses us why she would she would go to tell the police she was sexually attacked if they were secretly dating. Sarah Page, Dick Rowland, KKK, White people, National guard, Fire department.
