Swindon Town FC - Holland 2016 March 28th –April 1st Schedule REPORT Monday March 28th at 6.30am at the County Ground DEPART Monday March 28th at 7am County Ground RETURN Friday April 1st at 6pm approx Barnes Coach to take us to Dover via Calais, using the tunnel, then onto Den Haag Accommodation We will be staying at the Stayokay Den Haag Tel- +31 070 315 78 78 All meals will be provided, Room are all shared, and are up to 6 in a room. Games There will be 5 games in total, starting on the 29th ; right through to the 31st. Games will be played in the evening, so we can train, and prepare correctly. It will be a very intensive week both physically and mentally. Swindon Town FC - Holland 2016 March 28th –April 1st Suitcase Your suitcase or bag should weigh no more than 20kgs. You will need to bring 2 pairs of boots only, 1x moulds, and 1x studs, no more as it increases the weight! You will also need training kit, flip flops, and leisure wear for the evening, also towels! Drinks bottles! You will spend a lot of the time in your tracksuit and training kit, so go careful with the amount of clothes you bring. Time difference and Travel Plugs The time difference in Holland is +1hrs. European Travel adapters will be required (2 pin adapters). Hand luggage A small bag or your match bag can be carried on the coach. This can be for Ipad, iPod, camera, passport, and money. Personal DVD players are fine, if you are thinking of bringing DVD players, then bring your DVDs loose or in a CD case, which won’t take up too much room.  

Swindon Town FC - Holland 2016 March 28th –April 1st Money The currency is the Euro and 1.29 euro= £1. I would ask that each child can take upto £100. If you feel that your son is not capable of looking after his own money then please put it in an envelope with your son’s name on it, and the staff will look after it. Injuries It is hoped that your some will have a fantastic and enjoyable experience while he is on tour, however, injures do occur. If this happens, you will receive a phone call from myself, please don’t listen to other players texting there parents to say anything different. Travel Documents Staff will look after all your documents, medical forms, and travel insurance which will be covered by Swindon Town FC. When we arrive in the morning of leaving, I will take your passports for safe keeping and prevent any documents being lost. Food The food shouldn’t be too different to what we are used, so this will help with the younger age groups.
