Extended Learning Programs End of Year Report The 21st CCLC cohort 3 and 4 (2013,2014) reports have a budget section. Please provide a detailed narrative with allowable expenses. The actual budget will be entered into ePlan once allocations are loaded. 21st CCLC cohort 2 (2012) and LEAPs do not have budgets because those grants end June 30, 2017.
