“ITS A GALLOWAY CHRISTMAS” WINTER CARNIVAL DECEMBER 3, 2011 11:00am – 4:00pm RAFFLE BASKETS   The Galloway School PTO is so excited to announce that this year, we are conducting our first Tuition Raffle Drawing. The details and forms went home with your children last week and we have already started to get raffle ticket requests. Kristin Anderson has additional forms, if needed. Don’t forget, there is a limit of 400 raffle tickets that will be sold, so request yours before they are sold out! If you have any questions please email Allison Pine at allisonpine@mac.com or Heather Montes at hrmontes@yahoo.com. FOOD & GAMES Tickets and/or wristbands need to be purchased to get food and play games. THIS FORM MUST BE TURNED IN WITH PAYMENT BY NOVEMBER 18TH to receive the early-purchase prices listed below. Prices go up after November 18th. All purchased tickets (game and meal) and wristbands will be sent home with the students the week of the carnival. Make checks payable to The Galloway School PTO. This year there will be several things that can only be purchased with individual tickets, and will not be included in the cost of a wristband, (i.e., popcorn, cotton candy, soda or water, etc.) so you will want to purchase a few tickets as well! A list of all games, activities, food items, wristband restrictions, and their cost in tickets is on the back of this form.
