Treaty of Paris 1783 The Treaty of Paris was signed on September 3, 1783. It formally ended the American Revolutionary War between Great Britain and the United States of America because the colonist’s had refused to fallow British rules.

The United States presidential election of 1789 The Untied States held their first presidential election in 1789. The polls opened on December 15, 1787 , and closed on January 10, 1789. George Washington was the first to be elected as President of the United States and John Adams the first Vice President of the United States.

The Constitution of 1789 The Constitution of the Untied States of America is the supreme law of the Untied States. It is the source of the legal authority lying beneath the existence of the Untied States and the Federal Government of the United States.
