We are now developing a large format CCD for Sumit SDCCD. Pixel size is 15 mm square. Format is 2k x 4k (either full frame mode or frame transfer mode) The effective area will be 3cmx6cm. Pch type CCD with a depletion layer thicker than 200mm. Buttable type CCD. Performance of the test device is good enough to cover the energy range above 0.3 keV.
