Project Manager Responsibilities The individual with whom the contractor will actually interact with on the project will be designated as “Project Manager for the University” This individual will be the person who’s developed the scope of work or recommended the contractor’s proposal. Expenditure authority for funding is not required. Responsibilities of the role include: being Contractor’s point of contact in matters regarding scope of work, deliverables and performance receiving and accepting the deliverables determining if Contractor has satisfactorily completed the scope of work and reviewing invoices.
