If you have the following students in your VMG completing the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award can you inform them that the deadline to complete all EDofE sections is Thursday January 19th at 2:30pm. We shall have a meeting in room 223 on this day to finalise all evidence, Assessor's Reports and presentations etc. Please can all students mentioned below complete all EDofE sections by this date! (Please can tutors encouraged them to do this over the Christmas holiday) All students mentioned below must attend the meeting to discuss certificates. Y8! We hope you are still using the micro:bit you got at the end of last year Remember, the micro:bit website (www.microbit.org) has loads of tutorials and resources for you to try!

Plea from the ICT department… Do you have a micro:bit sitting at home unused? The current Y7s are not going to be getting micro:bits from the BBC this year, and the ICT department would quite like to have some to use in Y7 ICT lessons. If you still have your micro:bit from last year but don’t use it (and don’t know anyone else that would use it), then we would be welcome any donations! Speak to your ICT teacher for more information.
