2011 Career Expo May 13, 2011 10 AM to 3 PM The University of Akron Wayne College The regional 2011 Career Expo is coming to The University of Akron Wayne College 1901 Smucker Road, Orrville, OH 44667. Brought to you by the Employment & Training Connection Job Fair portion of the Expo will run from 11:30 a.m to 3:00 p.m. Over 50 employers plan to attend. They will be recruiting for a wide range of job titles. These are local employers in the business, industry, government and non-profit sectors. Explore career and educational training opportunities at local colleges and career centers. Attend an employer panel; to be held at 10:00 a.m. in the auditorium of the main building to get information on hiring practices. There will be workshops available from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to assist you that cover areas such as resumes, interviewing, networking, labor market information, financial aid plus job search tips for ex-offenders. Local social service agencies will be available to assist you with your career and training needs.
