Storm Drainage Maintenance Districts This Public Hearing is being held to adopt the annual budgets and confirm the assessments for the following Districts: Arch Road Industrial Park Storm Drainage Basin Maintenance District, Project No. 84-2 Charter Way Industrial Site Storm Drainage Basin Maintenance District, Project No. 86-4 Western Pacific Industrial Park Storm Drainage Basin Maintenance District, Project No. 81-1 Stockton Airport Business Center Storm Drainage Basin Maintenance District, Project No. 84‑1 Airport Gateway Center Storm Drainage Basin Maintenance District

Storm Drainage Maintenance Districts

Background The City Council, pursuant to various resolutions in previous years, ordered the formation of five storm drainage basin maintenance districts All are located in industrial areas and were a condition of development Maintenance activities include: Weed and rodent abatement Fence repairs Erosion control Debris removal

Discussion Budgets: Include engineering and attorney’s fees Maintenance costs City administrative costs Contingency

Assessments District Budget 2006/07 2005/06 Arch Road Ind. Park: $17,373.52 $105.22/acre Charter Way Ind. Site: $13,000.00 $316.07/acre Western Pacific Ind. Recommendation It is recommended that five resolutions be adopted which will provide approval of the proposed budgets and confirm assessments for all of the following districts: Arch Road Industrial Park Storm Drainage Basin Maintenance District, Project No. 84-2 Charter Way Industrial Site Storm Drainage Basin Maintenance District, Project No. 86-4 Western Pacific Industrial Park Storm Drainage Basin Maintenance District, Project No. 81-1 Stockton Airport Business Center Storm Drainage Basin Maintenance District, Project No. 84‑1 Airport Gateway Center Storm Drainage Basin Maintenance District
