Advertising for Positions

Why is it important to be careful when advertising your position? It is often potential staff's first impression. To attract (only) those you want to apply. It may have legal implications for your organizations. In order to apply for a job, the ideal applicant has to know about it.

Practical considerations for writing and placing an ad: Cost What is most important to you Necessary information The necessity of following your own requirements

A job ad or posting usually includes: A catchy title or headline. A brief description. Basic qualifications. Full or part-time status. Job location. Starting date. Information about salary and benefits. How to apply and an application deadline.

Consider all of the different ways of posting or advertising the job.
