Adobe EchoSign WHAT IS IT Adobe EchoSign is a secure e-signature platform that gives your customers an easy and convenient way to verify and sign their own applications without requiring voice verifications. You can send your customers’ applications by text or email and can receive verification while you’re talking to them.

Adobe EchoSign WHY USE IT You can save valuable time for yourself and your customer which means turbo-charging your sales cycle. The appropriate documentation is sent to your customer without having to search for the right forms and scripts. Secure your business with legally binding and regulatory compliant documentation signed by your customer.

Adobe EchoSign Run a Quote HOW IT WORKS: GETTING STARTED Run a Quote Fill in pre-requisite information to find qualifying products Answer medical questions (if applicable) Fill in applicant’s personal information Insert payment information and review and accept authorization(s) Complete Signature Verification via text or email by checking “Send for Adobe eSignature (Voice verification is required if client has no email or smartphone) Note For email or text verification, applicant must have an email address or smartphone. If a member does not have an email address, use compliance@hiiquote.com. Delay App and List Bill features are not currently available when using EchoSign

Adobe EchoSign Enrollee Signed Application Send for Adobe Signature HOW IT WORKS: VERIFICATION OPTIONS Enrollee Signed Application Use when your customer is doing the application on their own computer. Send for Adobe Signature This option will allow you to send your customer a text or email for application signature – this is most often used. Agent-Signed Application Voice Verification Required- approved scripts must be read to the customer and recorded

EchoSign by Email HOW IT WORKS At this point the EchoSign process begins and breaks away from the regular application process. Select “Email” and click “Send Link” Message will appear, confirming an email has been sent.

EchoSign by Email Click “Start” to begin HOW IT WORKS Click “Start” to begin Click on signature box to create a signature Customer has two options to sign: Type name in signature box for an automated signature Type name in signature box first and then choose to draw a signature

EchoSign by Email HOW IT WORKS By clicking Next”, the customer is taken directly to where the next signature is required. Note: Customer must click the signature field for the signature to populate prior to clicking “Next”

EchoSign by Email HOW IT WORKS Customer receives immediate confirmation with ability to download and print Application Form

EchoSign by Text Select “Text Message” and click “Send Link” HOW IT WORKS Select “Text Message” and click “Send Link” Message will appear, confirming a text has been sent.

EchoSign by Email Click “Start” to begin HOW IT WORKS Click “Start” to begin Click on signature box to create a signature Customer will need to rotate their phone to sign Customer has two options to sign: Type name in signature box for an automated signature Type name in signature box first and then choose to draw a signature

Track EchoSign Verified Applications HOW IT WORKS You can view and download every application that has been verified using EchoSign.

Adobe EchoSign CORRECT DATA COLLECTION The only way EchoSign really works well is with correct customer information. It is highly recommended to verify key data fields such as name, address, email, phone number and others to ensure smooth use of the EchoSign feature. Extra care in information collection will spare the headache of your customer not getting their email or text verification. Also, if the customer can’t find their verification email, remind them to look in their spam folder.
