PHC Expert Group ToR for mitigation of antibiotics resistance: health systems, including incentives structures, to promote rational antibiotics use appropriate use of antimicrobial agents for humans correct and easily accessible microbial diagnosis of infections analysis of measures needed to implement behaviour change prevention of health-care related infections
