International Journal of Infectious Diseases Severe glandular tularemia in a patient treated with anti-tumour necrosis factor for psoriatic arthritis  Ruxandra Calin, Eric Caumes, Florence Reibel, Anzime Ali Mohamed, Florence Brossier, Violaine Foltz, Samia Boussouar, Bruno Fautrel, Max Maurin, Christine Katlama, Valérie Pourcher  International Journal of Infectious Diseases  Volume 60, Pages 1-3 (July 2017) DOI: 10.1016/j.ijid.2017.04.014 Copyright © 2017 The Authors Terms and Conditions

Figure 1 Glandular tularemia in a 32-year-old patient at 1 month after initial antibiotic therapy. A contrast-enhanced computed tomography scan of the right axillary region in coronal slice (image a) showed multiple collections (arrow), with hypodense centres and peripheral enhancement with ill-defined borders involving the coracobrachialis muscle (asterisk). These lesions had the same enhancement characteristics that necrotic lymph nodes (arrow) showed in the axial slice (image b), suggesting that the collections were extensive necrotic axillary lymphadenopathies.
