Rainfall (water yr. to date) % of normal to date % of normal water year 16.04 inches 76 68 Downtown San Francisco has observed 16.04 inches of rainfall since the start of the 2014-15 water year (Oct. 1 – Sept. 30), which is 76% of normal for this date and 68% of normal for the entire year so far.
