SAFETY

SAFETY Medical Center Hospital has established a Safety Officer/Environment of Care (EOC) Committee program. The Safety Officer develops investigative, safety and educational programs directed at decreasing both the frequency and severity of liability exposure and improving overall safety. The Safety Officer conducts departmental safety inspections, safety reports, random surveys and reviews safety department plans.

EOC COMMITTEE The EOC Committee is responsible for oversight of all seven areas of the Environment of Care: Safety Security Hazmat Utilities Life Safety Medical Equipment Emergency Management Every employee is responsible to observe and report safety issues to the Safety Officer (Brad Timmons) or EOC Committee member.
