Signs and Symptoms Asking superficial rather than deep learning questions Never progressing from a low work rate (over-worked?) Overt clinical problems (poor note-keeping, inappropriate prescriptions/investigations, failure to follow protocols, problems with practical procedures, failure to recognise/ respond to clinical urgency) Disappearing Emotional Coming across as rigid or inflexible Not demonstrating a progression of competence Poor ePortfolio @NHS_HealthEdEng

Trainee Support Service A professional, confidential, occupational health service and educational support service for medical and dental trainees within HEE Initial assessment may lead to requirement for specialist support identified which may then lead to occupational health/ psychotherapy or educational support.
