What is O∆K? The Omicron Delta Kappa Society is the national leadership honor society for college students, faculty, staff, administrators, and alumni that recognizes and encourages superior scholarship, leadership, and exemplary character. Membership in ODK is a mark of the highest distinction and honor. Omicron Delta Kappa recognizes and encourages achievement in scholarship; athletics; campus or community service, social and religious activities, and campus government; journalism, speech, and the mass media; creative and performing arts.

Why was I sent an invitation to apply? JUNIOR OR SENIOR STANDING-COMPLETING OF 60 SEMESTER HOURS BY THE END OF FALL SEMESTER 2015. MINIMUM OF 3.10 CUMULATIVE GRADE POINT AVERAGE (TOP 35%) BY THE END OF FALL SEMESTER 2015.

Am I Now a member of O∆K? Must have filled out application on https://membership.odk.org Applicants must demonstrate outstanding leadership and scholarship to be selected Application notifications will be sent Wednesday, Feb. 24 Once selected, must pay $95 membership fee

David Collins Scholarship Eligible members must be applying to graduate school or be current graduate students at U of M for Fall 2016 The David A. Collins O∆K Scholarship is a competitive award presented to an Omicron Delta Kappa member who will be beginning their graduate work or continuing their graduate work at the University of Memphis in the fall. It seeks to recognize members who exemplify the chapter's values of leadership and scholarship. Applications for the scholarship are accepted each spring.
