Extranet Broker Guidelines Update Working Practice has been approved by RMDS Structure of Guideline Conditions Precedent Design Guidelines/Principles Operational Guidelines Supplier ESBN Formal Declaration

Extranet Broker Guidelines Update Conditions Precedent Must only be used to support customer registration activity ESB Networks is responsible for all operational aspects, including making adjustments as necessary to maintain acceptable service levels for the Market as a whole Broker solution subject to independent assurance as determined by RMDS

Extranet Broker Guidelines Update Design Guidelines/Principles Queries must be manually initiated by a user No MPRN must be queried more than once by same broker solution within 24hr period Suppliers must declare their intention of implementing a Broker Solution prior to development

Extranet Broker Guidelines Update Operational Guidelines (Suppliers) One Broker Solution is entitled to one Extranet connection with a declared username Suppliers must nominate and provide contact details for their administrator and alternate Pilot phase may be applied to a new Broker Solution to monitor traffic Users must be trained in acceptable use
