Professional Scientist Winson Tang MD Professional Scientist Winson Tang MD is a clinician/scientist specializing in gene therapy and developing new drugs. Throughout his career, he has used his expertise in fields such as oncology, virology, immunology, hepatology, and neurology, among many others. He is currently the vice president of clinical research for Sangamo Bioscience, which is located in the East Bay. He has over twenty years of experience in companies throughout California, as well as companies in Amsterdam and Lucerne, Switzerland.

Tufts University Graduate Winson Tang MD Tufts University Graduate Winson Tang MD is a physician scientist whose career in the field has spanned over thirty years and resulted in the development of many important medical drugs. He received his BS and MS degrees in 4 years at the prestigious Tufts University in Boston, and then proceeded to receive his MD degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. This organization provides care for patients who are infected with AIDS in the city of Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. As a trained physician, Tang is able to provide high quality care for these patients who so desperately need it, and prevent the spread of AIDS, which is a highly communicable disease.
