The island being 24 acres is a good size and ideal for those who love to swim, snorkel, dive and sail.

A unique feature of this island is the 500ft spit of land on its northern tip. This could be ideal for a small string of luxury houses.

This island has an elevation of 11ft at its highest point and a history being one of the first pieces of land sighted by Christopher Columbus and the sight of several great historical shipwrecks.
