As a Parent, How can I help? Ask for progress reports and report cards Make regular attendance a top goal for your child. Keep in touch with your child’s teacher and attend parent-teacher conferences. Make sure to attend the meeting for the Parent/Teacher/Student Compact Keep teachers informed about events and issues that may affect your child’s work or behavior. Continue creating routines for your child to encourage time for homework. Continue your constant conversations with your child about school.
