Obtain the treatment/surgery plan 2 Obtain the treatment/surgery plan Once we receive the filled form we get in touch with the doctors to obtain the treatment/ surgery plan and its rough estimates. Actual and final estimates are always provided after the doctor can analyze a patient first hand. But the estimation is generally close to accurate unless the reports do not any major complication or unclear diagnosis

Quote for the medical travel package 3 Quote for the medical travel package We then prepare a quote for the customized medical travel package after taking relevant inputs from you, regarding information about travel companions, preferences for hospitals, accommodation, etc.. The cost for the treatment will have option of 2 to 3 hospitals.

5 Travel arrangements We will be in touch after sharing the itinerary while you prepare to travel for the treatment. On arrival, you would be received by the Medical Tourism Coordinator, who had been coordinating with you till then, and thereafter be taken to your chosen accommodation.

Payment for travel and treatment 4 Payment for travel and treatment Once you finalize and give us the go ahead for the arrangements, the payment for travel services can be made to our branch office in Nigeria. The cost for the surgery can be paid in the branch or at the hospital directly as per your convenience. Once the payment is cleared we will proceed with the provisional bookings of hospital room/surgeon, hotel/service apartment and travel arrangements.

Treatment Procedure & Post discharge care 6 Treatment Procedure & Post discharge care We accompany you from the time of arrival at the airport until the recovery is completed and the doctor declares the fit to travel. After the discharge from the hospital we will also look after any post discharge nursing care, physiotherapy, follow up visits etc.
