ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES 1 NURSES/MIDWIVESTEACHERSTUTORSIT LEAD/AdminPROGRAM MANAGER 447 students for 2017 (Total 2400) 24 Teachers40 Tutors1 IT Person ( 14 Learning Centers) 1 Program Manager Definition: The target audience are Midwives and Nurses who have completed their formal degree. They complete the Precis course to build additional capability Definition: Teachers are subject matter experts. They create content and add to the e-learning platform. Every teacher is assigned a module depending on their expertise Définition: The tutor performs simple tutoring and online supervising functions in the platform. They monitor learners, supervise them, assign notes, moderate forums and chats, etc. However, he can not modify the course structure or content Definition: IT lead creates and manages the e learning platform. He give the framework for the teachers to add the courses and upskills the tutors to manage the platform Definition: Program Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, designing and deploying the e learning program. He has the ownership of the program end to end Roles & Resp: All the modules and exercises are mandatory Students are expected to register and complete the online course within the stipulated timing. Roles & Resp: Teachers create new courses, they can add and edit course as well. They give notes and exercises to the students. They evaluate their questions. Roles & Resp: They perform registration activities for different stakeholders of the platform They follow up with the learners, supervise and give them notes, moderate forms. Roles & Resp: Designs and development of learning platform. Responsible to identify the right platform and capacity to ensure effective program delivery Roles and Resp: Use a strategic view of historical data and future requirement to drive appropriate business decisions regarding the deployment and cancellations of program. Responsible for the execution of all processes and tasks associated with the program, including effective and timely communication. Ensure teachers, tutors and venue resources have been assigned They are expected to complete the tests/evaluation/ projects and complete final certification Non-editorial teachers can teach the course and gives notes to the students, but cannot add and edit the course They monitor forum and answer any relevant questions the students might have. Tutors are expected to master all functionalities and understand how to navigate in the platform. Perform all the activities in the platform

Current Registration and Log-in process Step 1: Ministry of health sends the students list to Amref Step 2: IT will enroll the students to the PRICIS e learning Step 3: List of students who are enrolled will be sent to tutors of the respective e learning centers Step 4: Students are either sent a mail or intimated via phone Step 5: Students log in with the user id and password sent to them Step 6: First time when they log in the are requested to change their password and add their e mail id Step 7: Students will be automatically go to the learning page first time Step: 8: For subsequent log in’s they use their user id (create by IT) and their new password to log in
