How Do I start a VEX EDR Team! roboticseducation.org has all the information you need: Information for Coaches Information for Students Curriculum and support materials Answer these simple questions? Do I have students that are interested in robotics? Are you interested is starting an afterschool program? Do you have 1 – 2 afternoons per week to coach? Will the school support your efforts? Will the parents support the team?

Costs VEX is the Lowest Cost Sustainable Robotics Program. 1st year costs include: One team. 1 - Kit of parts $799.99 to $999.99 Super Kit 1 – Team registration $100.00 (Yearly cost) 1 - Event Fee - $25.00 to $75.00 (Typical) Team shirts (School typically provides) 1 – Transportation – School or Parents 1 – Snacks and food – Parents or fundraising 1 – Misc Parts and extra batteries – Typically less than $150.00 How many students per Team/Kit?
