MUSCLE STRENGTH RESISTANCE TRAINING HAS MANY BENEFITS IN RELATION TO OVERALL HEALTH AND IMPROVED SPORTS SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES.

Muscle Adaptations Increased Contractile Force….Your muscles are able to apply more over the same area Increased number of mitochondria in each cell.

Weight Training BENEFITS OF WEIGHT TRAINING Increase in muscular strength. Increased strength in Tendons/Ligaments Reduced Body Fat…Increase in Lean Muscle Mass Positive changes in blood Cholesterol Decrease in resting blood pressure.
