UPCOMING CHANGES FOR FREC Florida Administrative Code 3.008 - Pre-licensing Education for Broker and Sales Associate Applicants. Clarified Definition of Classroom: Instructional Hours does not include breaks Live streaming courses: When submitting courses an explanation of delivery method and the course materials must be included with submission Courses must be re-submitted prior to every third renewal. When can you submit courses: you now cannot submit more than 120 days prior to expiration date. Jocelyn Pomales
