Updates - PowerSchool AP exam scores have been imported into PowerSchool Until the October Maintenance weekend, the data can be viewed on the School Level CRDC Preview Report - Part 2 Originally Presented: 10/7/2016

Known Issues Scenario / Impact Action/ Resolve CRDC School Level Screen – School not reporting as Magnet, Alternative or Special Education School Update scheduled for October 2016 Maint. Weekend ~Reminder~ This data will come from the file EDDIE file that is synced nightly with PowerSchool. This data must be corrected in the EDDIE system. CRDC Part 1– Grade levels report as No, impacting all calculations for both reports that are dependent on the grade. ~Workaround~ Manually update the CRDC EDDIE Grade Levels screen CRDC Part 2 - If a student transferred within the year and was suspended at school A, suspensions are counted at school A and school B Correction scheduled for October 2016 Maint. Please report any issues to the HBSC Support Center Known Issues Scenario / Impact Action/ Resolve CRDC Part 1 & 2 LEA Level – Approval button goes away. Message that says ‘Cannot approve – New collection required after start date’ Pending ~Important~ No LEA should approve either report until all fixes are in place CRDC Part 1 & 2 LEA Level – Data does not display at the LEA level Correction scheduled for October 2016 Maint. Weekend ~Workaround~ Verify all schools in PowerSchool Instance have terms for the SY 2015-16 school year.
