Back to Basics: Understanding the Link Between Pinned Reports, Graphs and Dashboards Spoiler Alert: it all comes back to Pinned Reports… You can also save the report as a GRAPH and/or GRID Create a Dashboard Add Graphs and Grids to the Dashboard Pinned Report Saved
So how do I create a Dashboard? Run a report Aggregate the data Click graph icon – moved from advanced options Create graph Save as pinned report Goto dashboard add to existing dashboard or create a new one Edit pallete colors – dashboard specific not graph specific Save – as an end user it will be private, for public you need special roles

Managing your Colour Palettes or creating new ones To find it: Site Admin -> Layout -> Dashboard Color Palettes NOTE: Site Admin access is required as this is a global function
Dashboard Features Multiple dashboards Descriptions under title Choose color themes Move and resize Legend location Drill down to details Select legend to limit results in graph
Limitations Cannot graph a cross tab pinned report or subtotaled report
