General overview Cooperation with the National Assembly of Disabled of Ukraine There are over 3 000 000 people with limited abilities in Ukraine Among the largest categories there are people with limited speech and hearing abilities Their basic communication need is SMS and WAP

In August, 2007 life:) launched a special tariff plan for people with limited abilities and their families The main advantage of the offer is 1000 SMS and 1MB of WAP Communication among subscribers of the tariff plan is FREE OF CHARGE Subscriber fee is only 10 UAH per month The tariff plan is disseminated ONLY through the National Assembly of Disabled of Ukraine
