IMAP - Mailbox Access Note – OS & Outlook (2007/2010) should be fully patched with latest service pack and patches.

Go to control panel in windows – Double click on mail

Click on Show Profiles

Click on ADD – Enter Profile Name

Select manually configure server settings

Select Internet e-mail

Enter All the details (Name, e-mail address etc) Incoming/ Outgoing E-mail server is “exchange.simpliapp.com”

Enter All the details (Org Name, reply e-mail)

Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

Select SSL for IMAP & 993 Port, Use 587 port for SMTP & Auto communication for SMTP

Outlook will perform test and prompts for authentication

Once authentication is successful, you will receive below screen

Click on finish to complete the POP3 configuration
