About Professor Russ Corsini Retired from Deloitte as Operations Director for India; has also been CFO of a NYSE company and director of a NASDAQ company; serves on the boards of several nonprofits Extensive international experience with Deloitte and The Gillette Company Worked and lived with his family in Argentina, Venezuela and Central America Fluent in Spanish Led ICP Latin America teams in 2009 (Mexico), 2010 (Peru), 2011, 2012, 2013 , 2014, 2015 and 2016 to Chile 2014 ICP Chile Group with Professor Corsini at Universidad del Desarrollo
Course Particulars Class meets on Mondays, 5:30-6:50pm in Fulton 310 Work in two teams of six on two separate companies Research and problem solving done at BC with use of email, Skype and conference calls for regular client contact Final deliverables: Present recommendations to clients in Chile
Consulting Project Assignment Using primary and secondary sources, research and define the markets and distribution channels specific to each company’s product lines Research potential distribution partners in the United States
Transport The Country To The City Growing interconnected intelligent systems Linking intuitive design technology and nature Have designed, produce and deliver an easy to assemble and use growing pod for use in an urban setting Provides free food weekly to kids We will assess the US market opportunity and market entry strategy
