Service Design Supported development of the Blueprint and Transitional plan approved by Programme Board Proposal to North Wales Police for blue light support Members of the WS involved in supporting SHU design process. Key Milestones Response from North Wales Police proposal Review of blood collection plans for collections in North Wales Ongoing stock monitoring in response to risk SD016 Workstream to migrate to implementation and needs substantial work Next Steps This workstream is in transition, planning is underway to change its approach to one of service mobilisation ahead of implementation

Workforce & Organisational Change Gained agreement with NHSBT on the entity required to be defined under TUPE. Authored a jointly agreed paper which has been approved by the Internal Assurance and quality Group and the WBS Programme Board Key Milestones Next Steps Work required to finalise the workstream plan, activities highlighted but needs key dates populating 1:2:1 Meetings and Collective consultations with staff required Recruitment Phasing

IMT Implementation Completion of data transfer specification Defined IMT support service for NW Key Milestones The data transfer is awaiting finalisation of the governance arrangements WG It is hoped that confirmation of go live date of 2 May 2016 will now allow for the necessary direction amendments to be drafted enabling data transfer Next Steps

Finance The Finance WS has been intrinsically involved in supporting the delivery of the Programme Blueprint by identifying all financial elements that have become apparent by the increasing certainty of the service design WS Key Milestones Review and realign the financial WS plan with the transition and implementation plans Move from a support role to implementation of key financial tasks such as the treatment of asset transfer between NHSBT and WBS Next Steps

Property Assets & Estates Detailed design plans for SHU signed off NHSBT moved into new Bangor team base in December 2014 Estates paper approved by AWBS Programme Board including demise plan, commencement of legal works & planning application Key Milestones Planning permissions including change of use progressed as soon as possible NWSSP-Property Services negotiating Heads of Terms on behalf of VNHST Next Steps This workstream is in transition, planning is underway to change its approach to one of facilities enablement ahead of implementation
