Activate Phase One Users Group – includes: Foster Care Unit (Patty Sullivan), CPS unit (Cindy Barker), FCPS Contract Services (Marty Humbertson), Juvenile Court Residential team (Jamie McCarron), FAPT 5 (Beth Felty), CSB MH/ADS Resource team (Jean Bartley) FCPS – resolve issue of computer access – at specific sites? Implementation Team to address the following (in addition to getting the full use of the Harmony system): Potential use for other populations (fund codes) – such as CST kids?
