Welcome! SIMCelt is… An EU-funded programme designed to facilitate the implementation of the Maritime Spatial Planning Directive in the Celtic Seas (OSPAR III + pink extension) A 2-year project, ending in December 2017; budget of €1.8 million A Partnership between Ireland, France and the UK (Scotland & Northern Ireland) Designed to test aspects of MSP across borders and between countries at different stages of the marine planning process.
