EXERCISE NORTHERN EXPOSURE 17 What NORTHERN EXPOSURE 17 is a Michigan National Guard civil support / consequence management exercise conducted from 14-17 June 2017 in Lansing and other supporting facilities focused on a State, Regional, and Federal response to a complex catastrophic event in Michigan.
