Volvo Motor Graders New Workflow Solution Previous Workflow Customer Overview Volvo Motor Graders, a division of Volvo Construction Equipment produces motor graders used in applications throughout the world. Business Challenges Inefficient method of relaying key documents to other Volvo Group companies and customers. Previous Workflow Statements are printed by SAP, manually sorted, and individually scanned by a clerk. Scanned statements are reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate customer via e-mail. Solution Reform PDC New Workflow Clerk prints to the Reform PDC print queue in SAP. Reform PDC automatically emails the statements accordingly without any user intervention.
