“…brings more customers than usual” “New customers that return later” “Can turn off regular customers” “Boost in sales” “Good publicity” “PSK is part of the reason we opened in the Market”

Please share what you liked about the 2015 PSK events: Brings more people to the Market Music and street performances Good, family-friendly atmosphere Kensington Market community comes together No cars Better sales Well coordinated by the organizers Outdoor food vending Opportunity to share culture with the community Good display of the Market’s diversity

Please share what you disliked about the 2015 PSK events: Noise Too short / too few events Parking Garbage / waste management Can’t do regular errands Lack of coordination / organization by organizers Event continues informally past the scheduled time Events should be more publicized Vendors setting up too early Acrimony between businesses and residents

Do you have any changes or improvements you would like to see for this year’s events? If yes, please expand: Events should be expanded (number of days, location) Different types of activation (i.e. less amplified music, variety of entertainment, themes for each event, etc.) Additional garbage cans Clarity and enforcement of vendor set-up More children’s activities Large signs for cyclists to dismount Full-time Bylaw Officers Restrict event to Baldwin and Kensington Ave Promote shopping in the Market long-term (tote bags, buttons, etc.)

What is your opinion on the PSK schedule? Should be expanded (i.e. longer hours, more events) Events are too frequent (should remove May/October events) 2015 schedule was good Additional evening closures First and last Sunday of the month Should be 2 events per year
