Two Parts of Evaluation DIARY is filled in individually and is handed out to the Evaluator (Susanne) every workshopday !  will be summarized everyday and presented the next day. (Feedback!) On the last day of the workshop (Friday) there will be an Evaluation Workshop: You will fill in the last page of the Diary together with the other participants of your country for the final Evaluation Report. ICT The ICT Evaluation takes place on the last day of the workshop (Friday) only! You will get Evaluation-Questionnaires about: Electronic Guideline Homepage Backgroundinformation provided via ICT to fill in individually for the final Evaluation Report.

DIARY MONDAY TO TUESDAY – daily Feedback Each day, you should take notes about the things you liked and didn’t like about the day.
