Cardiovascular System – Strengthens the heart muscle allowing it to pump blood more efficiently and send fuel & oxygen throughout body Includes heart, lungs & blood vessels

Respiratory System – You can breathe larger amounts of air and breathing muscles don’t tire as quickly Central Nervous system (CNS)– helps you to respond more quickly to stimuli improving reaction time
