Outcast United The story of the Fugees and Luma Mufleh is a tale of tragedy, triumph, and acceptance for those that thought they would never belong. We recently read a text about the life you can save, Luma, embodied the challenge presented by Peter Singer, and took young boys and girls and built a community of love, trust, and faith in humanity. Luma and the Fugees are the pure essence of what our essential question embraces, how can we help our school, our community, and the world around us.
