Assignment: Each student will make a list of characteristics, qualities, and values that they think that they may not want but would accept in a mate. Have student share a few example. It is important to remember that we will not find exactly want we want in a mate. Every mate has to have some flaws to make the relationship interesting.

Summary: Lifestyles are our way of life that we can not ignore. We have lived our lives a certain way for years. Habits, custom, traditions, and family events are part of our lives and how we live our lives. We must be aware that lifestyle can affect, but does not have an effect on the success of marriage.
