This will also consider hand tools and in future will be expanded to include generators and welfare facilities Road Rail Vehicle Performance System Review underway as to how data from the RRVPS can be interpreted to enable the selection, use and proactive maintenance of rail plant to ensure it operates at maximum efficiency and is less likely to cause environmentally damaging leaks or spills.
