Specific funding opportunities for cooperation Romania - Moldova Type of funding sources Targeted actions and priorities of investment 1. EU bilateral assistance to Moldova, under the European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI), with a total budget € 131 mil. (2014-2017) 1.1 Agriculture and rural development: the main objective is to support Moldova to strengthen its economic, social and territorial cohesion in an environmentally sustainable fashion. 1.2 Public administration reform: support the modernisation of the central and local public administration through the introduction of a result-oriented management approach (transferring of instrument and expertise: community based approach) 2.
