DRA LEVELS

Behavior Class Dojo: 80% and above = S, 70-74% = N, 73% and below = U Quarterly behavior percentage in the range of 79 % or below will result in an N or U, which will impact student’s ability to receive an end of the year award. Specials Behavior More serious behavioral infractions will be followed with a phone call home and/or administration referral.

Study Habits & Grades Homework and at-home projects will be assigned consistently throughout the year. Students work ethic/study habits will be recorded on Class Dojo. Teachers will keep track of missing homework, work effort, and missing/late assignments. In a nine weeks period, 1-5 infractions will result in an S on report card, 6 – 9 = N, and 9 or more = U. More than 5 infractions in the Quarter will impact student’s eligibility for end of the year awards. If your child earns a C or below in a specialist class, he or she will also be ineligible for academic awards at the end of the year.

Study Habits & Grades Continued… Request to Retest form. Can only be used on tests, not including spelling. The grading scale is as follows: A= 90 - 100 B = 80 – 89 C = 74 – 79 D = 70 – 73 F = 69 or below Students are to record assignments in their agendas for you to check and sign each night. 5th grade homework mandate is 50 minutes of written homework PLUS 20 minutes of reading.
