Noncount Nouns Name things that cannot be counted. Do not have plural forms. To show how much, a noncount noun must be preceded by an expression of quantity. Noncount Nouns How Much? Bread Water Gas

Find the Noncount Nouns 1) The host made soup with rice and beans. 2) He served it in bowls, along with bread and butter. 3) He also prepared beef with vegetables and gravy 4) The guests had coffee with milk and sugar. 5) The host served ice cream and fruit last.

Tell whether each noun is count or noncount The weather was hot in the afternoon. Mom asked us to make a batch of lemonade. I measured eight cups of water into a pitcher. My brother squeezed the lemons and added two cups of juice to the water. Mom stirred in several tablespoons of sugar.
