Spanish 1&2 Week 20

This is your FINAL schedule This is your FINAL schedule. You must show it to each teacher throughout the day. You must have a WHITE schedule with the words “FINAL SCHEDULE” to be admitted into each of your classes. Changes to your current schedule will be considered ONLY IF: a. You are a SENIOR missing a course you must have to meet graduation requirements; b. You are scheduled for a course you have already taken and passed; c. You are scheduled for a course for which you did not take or pass the prerequisite (e.g. scheduled for Spanish 2 and did not pass Spanish 1); You have more than one class scheduled for a period or are missing a class for one period (go to the counseling office only during the period that is missing or multiple, not before). 3. For students that wish to discuss their schedule with a counselor, you must go to the school counseling office for a Schedule Change Request Form. DO NOT go to the Counseling Office during class time. These schedule change appointments will begin on Monday, January 9, 2017.

Our new unit is Las Antillas which covers the Caribbean islands: Cuba, República Dominicana, y Puerto Rico Project 1: on page 126 is your new vocabulary. On a blank white sheet of paper you will draw a house plan labeling all the items with vocabulary words.

Project 2: you will all be put into groups and design a town center using all the vocabulary from the “El Barrio” box on page 126 You will meet together with your group and draw a sample of your downtown on a sheet of paper. Divide evenly who will draw,label and color each building as well as the sidewalks and streets.
