A word or two about photo Taking a picture of a flat work of art that someone else did: A picture, a mural, a painting… isn’t really photography – it’s a copy machine. The art elements and design is the artists not your own. Pay attention to backgrounds… a single distracting element (person, trash, signs) can really confuse the viewer about your idea. Use the time you have to do the BEST pic you can make… “I’m done… what now” is never true in photo… keep working to get even a better image.

This is not a Scavenger Hunt! It’s time to make some ART. Our first Technical Photos were intended to show that you could use the camera to make properly exposed, perfectly focused images that fit different way of shooting basics. We’re now taking that into different techniques to try to give variety to your picture taking. Each picture should be a work of art, not just a completion of the idea. Each picture should have a different subject/purpose (with exception of 25a and 25b)

Include the horizon in someway. 25a,b. Fill-in flash :good exposure of the ambient light (pic a) and flash "filled in" on the shadows on the subject (pic b) you should not see a flash, just the shadow should be lighter – you need direct sunlight. 26.
