What are DIA Communities? enable members to interact and form cross-disciplinary teams as they share information, raise concerns, mentor one another, and publish their shared work - accomplishing more as a group than any one person could alone.
DIA Project Management Community: Our Vision and Mission The Project Management Community aspires to be the preeminent community of practice for multidisciplinary project managers, enabling innovation in development strategy and execution for health care products, technologies, and services through non-competitive information sharing We do this by creating opportunities for connection and knowledge sharing for project management, portfolio management, and strategic operations professionals across the healthcare ecosystem and educating stakeholders about the unique value of these capabilities in the pharma and health care sector

Highlights of 2016 Annual Meeting The Project/Portfolio Management track will offer sessions in wide range of drug development topics Plenary sessions will provide cross-disciplinary knowledge sharing New Engage and Exchange (E&E) Sessions will provide very interactive engagement opportunities PM Community social networking event and business meeting – more details to come Here are a few highlights: 1. The Project/Portfolio Management track will offer sessions in drug development from different therapeutic areas, maximizing the value of your product, decision-making, expanded access, CMC, international price referencing and leadership. 2. The addition of multiple plenary sessions will provide cross-disciplinary knowledge sharing on a variety of topics. 3. New Engage and Exchange (E&E) Sessions - These are new offerings will provide participants very interactive engagement on many topics, some linked to the track sessions, facilitated to encourage information exchange and dialogue vs. the one-way educational sessions. 4. The PM Community is also planning a social networking event, likely on Sunday evening, June 26. Look for more details on what is sure to be a great way to start the week!

(An alternative for busy members in many cross-disciplinary Communities.) Consolidated Weekly Digest: An email will be sent to you once a week with the headlines from the posts from all of your Communities. (We don’t recommend this but if you must, you must.) No Email: No email will be sent from that Community. Changing your Email Preferences is a Snap! Just navigate to your click on your picture in the right hand corner then choose Profile>My Account>Community Notifications, and take control of your engagement.
