Potential in Premier Example: Holding 100 shows a year with average retail = ~$25,000 profit Now with sponsoring $25,000 = 1 show per week (50/year) and 25 jewelers in 10-10-10 ½ the shows and blessing 25 other lives/familes!!!  IT PAYS TO SPONSOR!! D

Things to think about….. BELIEVE in our opportunity! Sponsoring = sharing Does your calendar look like someone who is building a business? Are you duplicable? KEEP IT SIMPLE How much do you bring in? How long does your set up take? Is your setup overwhelming? Does your show look easy? D

S – Share (not scare!) Am I approachable?   Am I approachable? They have to build a respect and trust with you. Don’t prejudge. Everyone can be a prospect. When you do you’re putting limitations on them. Make your lists: HOT, COLD, WARM Have you been enriched through Premier? Remember what it’s done for you and for others you know. Share your story. Set your mindset….you are just sharing! It’s important to have goals, but sponsoring is ALWAYS about the other person. L

E - Engage the Guests at the show 1) Be intentional at your shows Greet and get to know the guests. Use some type of survey Use a hostess close out form Give a curiosity packet to 2 people at each show 2) Do a sponsoring activity! Love your sponsoring activity! Help them to dream! (“Imagine what you could do with an extra $1,000) Get to know the customers and what their day was like. You were give 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason…listen more. Your sponsoring activity must yield results…if it’s not, get a new one and role play it L

What your guests REALLY want to know: Is all of this jewelry yours? Does it cost a lot to get started? You do a great job! I could never be as good as you! Is there a lot to learn and what kind of help or training is available? Does it take a lot of time to pack this stuff up? Is this job difficult and are you still enjoying it? Is it worth it? I tried ______ before and it didn’t work. Will you help me? L/D

R – Realize what you have in Premier! You are a CEO! Do you act like one? Don’t let those who aren’t working make you believe this business doesn’t work. Premier works when you work! You can make a great income….but more importantly you can make a great life and you have the amazing gift to share! L

You definitely chose the right company!!! According to the US Census, jewelry sales in: 2011 were $67 billion 2012 were $71 billion 2013 were $79 billion ** By 2021 they are projected to be $111 billion There are currently about 17 million direct sellers in the US. 47% will make less than $500 in a year! 62% will make less than $1,000 in a year. 90% will earn less than $5000 in a year ….the average Premier jeweler makes about $5,400 in year! Direct sales is a growing industry….about 17 million direct sellers in the U.S. The jewelry industry is moving from larger retailers to independent ones. Wow! Are we in the right place or what?! Raise your hand if you’ve made $500 in 1 month? How about 1 night? You made more than what 47% of the 17 million direct sellers will make in a YEAR!!!! This business works!!!! Don’t let those that aren’t working make you believe this business doesn’t work. Don’t blame Premier when you get sidetracked. Premier works when you work. L

Market Saturation - The Myth - Research: 1/1000 in an area is considered saturated 2015 Census Bureau – Surrounding Couties 1.4m People Can support 1,400 Jewelers ~300 Currently in Premier @ 50% active = 150 ~10% saturation ~90% Market Opportunity!! D

V - Validate the possibilities and create a vision Share how Premier can help change her situation and enrich her life. Share how it's helped you. “Before Premier_____, what attracted me to Premier was ______, now with Premier_________.” Share your First 5 homes shows and/or Cash Calendar Speak in the affirmative (When you are a jeweler….) Everyone has an innate desire to be heard and validated L

I - Invite to Action : ASK You need to invite them and ASK for them to meet with you “You have not if you ask not” Many ways to open the conversation to ask: -Direct: “I think you’d be great at this!!” -Indirect: “I respect your opinion and would love your input on this business.” Set up a time for them to learn more just like you book your shows. (Ask on your survey to hear more about the business) D

 Use the “If I, Would you?” (from Go Pro) “If I gave you a link to a video to watch, would you check it out?” If they say YES, then you ask: “When do you think you’d be able to watch it?” - Don’t suggest a time, let them give it to you “So if I call you on _____, you’d have watched it by then right?” “What’s the best number and time for me to call?” Utilize your upline for 3-way follow up calls D

Who do you invite? Revisit past customers/hostess Past prospects – especially when something is “new” Your phone and Facebook contacts Networking groups or Chamber Events People who provide you services Play the ABC game….Accountant, Banker, Chiropractor etc. You are ALWAYS “expanding” business!! “I’m expanding by business in your area and I wanted to see who you know that loves getting free stuff or may have a need for additional income” L

Game of Seven – share with 49 people in 7 weeks!!! 7 People + 7 Different Categories + 7 Weeks Category 1 - 7 Relatives Category 2 - 7 FB Contacts Category 3 - 7 Friends NOT in Premier Category 4 - 7 People who are involved in groups like soccer, Bible Study, Gym, kid’s school, etc. Category 5 - 7 Prior Hostesses Category 6 - 7 Cell Phone contacts Category 7 - 1 person from each of your next 7 shows Double up on one category if you truly feel you’ve already exhausted one. So, take one week for each category and you’ll share the business 49 times in seven weeks, and statistics show that you should have sponsored at least 7 jewelers!! If it takes you longer than seven weeks, no big deal. You are on track to Designer if you continue to share. 1 out of 10 that you invite will sit down, 1 out of 5 you sit down with will sign up L

C - Consistent follow up Within 24-48 hours while they are still excited! After they’ve heard the information ask them “what was your favorite part?”   Overcome objections: “Feel…Felt…Found” Common objections: time, money, not knowing enough people Tell them what the next steps are. Assume they are coming into Premier. If they aren’t ready to sign up, invite them to another event or training. It usually takes prospect 4-6 exposures/meetings/events to join. KEEP THE RELATIONSHIP GOING! D

E - Enjoy the Journey You have the ability to create a future filled with freedom! You can give hope to the hopeless and provide them with inspiration they need to overcome their fears and create the life they dream of! You’re not alone! You have an upline, sideline and jewelers around the country for support. The #1 reason people don’t sponsor is b/c they don’t want to feel pushy or they are fearful of how they will look or what to say. You are JUST sharing!! Take the pressure off…it’s not about you. Focus on the process and enriching lives. L
